How long does the pump battery last?
A full charge handles many bags. Recharge it with the included USB cable from any phone charger or laptop.
Do the bags stay compressed?
Yes. The double-zip seal and one-way valve hold the vacuum. If a bag softens over time, run the pump on it again for a few seconds.
Will it wrinkle my clothes?
Rolling or loosely folding clothes before compressing keeps wrinkles to a minimum. Down jackets and bedding bounce back after unpacking.
Can I take the pump on a plane?
The pump has a small built-in rechargeable battery. Most airlines require devices with lithium batteries to go in carry-on luggage, so check your airline's rules.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 1-3 business days and usually arrive within 7-12 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships.
